Throughout our life, all the emotions that we don't want to feel in the moment get pushed down into the body as E-motions need to be IN motion or it will cause harm to the body, mind and quality of life over a course of time. Breathwork flushes out all the emotional baggage we accumulate over the years, to free our minds and bodies to be more fully present to what is happening in the current moment.
What Is The Process?
First we get the body and mind warmed up using various tools like NLP, Kundalini Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, SRI Breathwork, Inner Child Healing, Osho Inspired Dynamic Meditation and much more.
The second half of the session is done laying down with a blindfold using a specific rhythm of breath that takes one into an altered state while I do energy work (upon request). This rhythm of breath gives an outlet for PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, etc. so we don't have to continue to fall victim to the past.
